Refund policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from WestEd, return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.

No products will be accepted as returns unless they are in resalable condition and still in print. Out-of-print titles are not returnable.

Defective products and incorrect shipments must be returned within 30 days.

Retailers/Wholesalers: Products may not be returned before 90 days or after 18 months of the invoice date. Prior authorization must be requested. Please call the Publications Center for more information.
